1. When is the best time to take Emerald Greens?
Emerald Greens should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It is perfectly fine to consume coffee or tea after drinking Emerald Greens but we recommend you wait 20 minutes until you eat for maximum absorption.

20. I have heard that you are not supposed to take
Echinacea every day - but this contains Echinacea?
There are many different strains of the Echinacea flower. Echinacea Purpurra is the strong strain that is recommended you take if you feel the cold/flu coming on etc. and this is the strain you should not take every day. However, in Emerald Greens we have put the milder strain Echinacea Angustifolia, which is perfectly safe and good to take every day.
